Jenna Busch is the Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Performance Sport & Spine (PSS), where she oversees the operational and financial systems that keep the practice running with precision, integrity, and purpose.

Under her financial leadership, Performance Sport & Spine has grown into one of the Shenandoah Valley’s premier sports-medicine-focused chiropractic clinics, known for efficiency, transparency, and exceptional patient experiences. Her focus on operational excellence ensures that every aspect of the practice — from patient scheduling to clinical systems — reflects the same high standards of care patients experience in the treatment room.

Jenna also serves as the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CARE Medical Billing, Inc., a national billing and compliance company specializing in chiropractic and physical therapy practices. Her work with CARE gives her rare, firsthand insight into the financial, operational, and regulatory challenges healthcare providers face daily. That dual perspective allows her to help bridge the gap between quality patient care and sustainable business operations — ensuring both patients and providers thrive.

 A graduate of Oakland University in Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Education, English, and Mathematics, Jenna began her career as an educator before transitioning into healthcare administration. Her background in teaching shaped her leadership approach — combining clear communication, structure, and compassion — qualities that now define her success as a Certified Professional Compliance Officer (CPCO) and healthcare executive.

 Jenna’s leadership philosophy is grounded in faith, integrity, and stewardship. She views her work as a calling — building systems that empower providers, strengthen teams, and serve patients with excellence and purpose.

 When she’s not in the office, Jenna enjoys singing, hiking, traveling, and spending time outdoors with Dr. Jeremy Busch and their two children — often working on projects around their family farmette or serving in their local church and community.

 Through her blend of financial expertise, compliance knowledge, and genuine care for people, Jenna Busch continues to help Performance Sport & Spine thrive — ensuring that every patient experience is supported by excellence both in the treatment room and behind the scenes.
