Jennifer Dickman is the Office Manager and Established Patient Coordinator at Performance Sport & Spine, where she ensures every patient experience reflects the clinic’s commitment to excellence, compassion, and efficiency.

Since joining the team in 2017, Jennifer’s attention to detail and genuine care for others have made her an essential part of the practice. She oversees daily operations, supports the clinical team, and helps maintain the welcoming, organized environment that patients and staff love.

Jennifer’s leadership ensures that from check-in to checkout, each visit at Performance Sport & Spine Front Royal VA runs smoothly — allowing providers to focus on what matters most: patient care and results.

Outside the clinic, Jennifer enjoys a full and lively life on her family’s small farm with her husband and three grown children. She loves tending to their animals — chickens, goats, sheep, and their beloved dogs — preserving homegrown produce, and spending sunny days at the beach recharging with her family.
