Teresa Janaro

Biography
Teresa Janaro is the New Patient Coordinator and Lead Rehab Assistant at Performance Sport & Spine, where she combines her love for health, movement, and patient care to help individuals start their healing journey with confidence.
A Front Royal local, Teresa graduated from Christendom College with a Bachelor of Arts in History while competing as a collegiate soccer player. Her athletic background taught her the value of teamwork, discipline, and recovery — lessons she now applies in her work helping patients rebuild strength and function.
As part of the PSS rehab team, Teresa assists with functional exercises, mobility training, and personalized support to help patients reach their goals safely and effectively. She is passionate about making every new patient feel welcomed, informed, and empowered from their very first visit.
Teresa plans to continue her education in healthcare by entering the nursing program at Laurel Ridge Community College, further expanding her ability to serve others.
Outside the office, Teresa enjoys horseback riding, training her two horses, and teaching lessons. She’s also an avid outdoors enthusiast who enjoys hiking, playing sports, and spending time with her family and friends.
