Jenna Busch, CFO, CPCO

Jenna Busch is the Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Performance Sport & Spine. She leads the financial, operational, and compliance systems that support the patient experience and allow the clinical team to focus on care.

Jenna has helped shape PSS from the beginning. Her focus is simple: build a practice that is organized, accountable, and easy for patients and team members to navigate. As PSS grows, she works to make sure that growth does not come at the expense of service, communication, or the standards the practice was built on.

She is also the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CARE Medical Billing, Inc., a billing and compliance company serving chiropractic and physical therapy practices. That work gives her a broad view of the financial, operational, and regulatory challenges healthcare practices face and strengthens the systems she helps build at PSS.

Jenna earned a Bachelor of Science in Education, English, and Mathematics from Oakland University and began her career as an educator. She is also a Certified Professional Compliance Officer. Her background in education continues to shape her leadership style through clear communication, structure, and accountability.

Jenna’s leadership is grounded in faith, integrity, and stewardship. Outside work, she enjoys singing, hiking, traveling, serving in her church and community, and spending time with Jeremy and their two children.
